• Stores detailed colour composition and quantity required to produce each specific shade.
• Enables users to add, edit, and delete shade records.
• Ensures consistency and accuracy in shade preparation during production.
2. Batch
The Batch sub-module manages batch-level production data and material consumption.
Key Features:
• Displays a list of all prepared batches along with ingredient names and quantities used.
• Captures detailed batch information including:
- Series Name
- Design Name
- Weight per Piece
- Base Quantity
- Extra Pieces
- Total Pieces
- Total Material Consumption
• Records production-specific details such as:
- Product Shade Name
- Machinery Used
- Machinery Capacity
• Users can view, add, edit, delete, restore, and print batch records.
• Supports traceability, production planning, and quality control.
3. Machine
The Machine sub-module serves as a centralized Machinery Management system.
Key Features:
• Maintains detailed records of machinery including:
- Machine Name
- Production Capacity
• Allows users to view, add, edit, and delete machine details.
• Supports efficient allocation and monitoring of production resources.
