Notes & To-Do Management
• Notes with “To-Do List” selected
These notes remain visible on the dashboard until they are marked as completed.
• Notes without “To-Do List” selected
These notes appear on the dashboard only for the specified date. After the date passes, the note is automatically removed from the dashboard and stored in the Notes section for reference.

• Ensures task prioritization
• Improves follow-ups and accountability
Analytical Overview & Monitoring
The dashboard displays charts, labels, and analysed data to help users easily track operational performance and make informed decisions across production, order processing, and dispatch activities.
Production Analysis Charts
Chart Features:
•Displays analysis of:
- Total Production
- Damaged Tiles
• Data is presented in:
• Includes two separate charts:
- Unit-based production and damage analysis
- Percentage-based production and damage analysis
• Charts can be viewed using time-based filters (date range, period-wise).
Navigation:
• A “View Report” option is available.
• Selecting this option redirects users to the Reports Module for detailed analysis.
Purpose:
• Monitor production efficiency
• Identify damage trends
• Support quality and process improvement
Order Status Summary Labels
The dashboard displays graphical status indicators showing the current system overview for:
• Total Orders
• Processing Orders
• Partially Dispatched Orders
• Dispatched Orders
• Cancelled Orders
• Deleted Orders
Purpose:
• Provides instant visibility into order flow
• Helps management quickly assess operational load and bottlenecks
