The Referral Module enables members to formally record business referrals provided to other members. A referral is created when a member shares a business opportunity, reference, or lead with another member from their network.
How to create referral:
- Open V2V BN application on your phone.
- Navigate to Members section.
- Select Referral in member section and select the option of Create.
- Select from options “Within Chapter” or “Outside Chapter” for member whose reference your giving.
- Search Member’s name.
- Enter Referral details like, Name, Email, Phone number, Address.
- Add comment if there is any additional information you want to provide regarding referral.
- Select Urgency level of business from Very Low to Very High.
- Select community of referral. If the referral is from V2V community or any other community.
- Select “Create” button to successfully save the referral information and it will be reflected on your account as “Referral given” and on another member’s account as “Referral received”.
