To ensure you never lose access to your content and features, our system sends a series of helpful reminders.
How it works:
If you joined on 18th May 2025 and activated your account on 20th May, your access is valid until 17th May 2026.
Your Notification Timeline:
30 Days Before: You’ll receive your first "Early Bird" reminder to renew.
15 Days Before: A second reminder will arrive so you can plan your renewal.
2 Days Before: A final "Urgent" alert is sent to help you avoid service interruption.
Expiry Day: You will receive a final notification confirming that the membership has ended.
On Your Mobile App:
You don’t need to check your email to stay informed. A Membership Status alert will appear directly on your app dashboard as your expiry date approaches, making it easy to renew with a single tap.
Important Note: Once the membership expires, the app will enter a Restricted Mode. You will still be able to log in, but you will not be able to access chapters or features until a renewal payment is made.
