ExportDoc allows you to manage products, categories, sub-categories, and units of measurement through the Settings section.
1. Product Master
To add and manage products, navigate to Settings → Product Master.
While creating a product, you can add:
• Product Name
• Country of Origin
• Product Category
• Product Sub-Category
• Product Description (optional)
Products can be edited or deleted anytime in the future if required.
2. Category Master
To create product categories, navigate to Settings → Category Master or click on Manage Categories from the Product Master section.
Steps to add a category:
- Click on New Category
- Enter the category name
- Save the category
You can also edit or delete categories whenever required.
3. Sub-Category Master
To create product sub-categories, navigate to Settings → Sub-Category Master or click on Manage Sub-Categories from the Product Master section.
Steps to add a sub-category:
- Click on New Sub-Category
- Enter the sub-category name
- Select the respective parent category
- Save the sub-category
Sub-categories can also be edited or deleted in the future.
After creating categories and sub-categories, return to Product Master, edit the required product, and assign the appropriate category and sub-category to that product.
4. Unit Master
To manage units of measurement, navigate to Settings → Unit Master.
Click on New Unit to add a unit of measurement such as:
• Kilogram
• Metric Ton
• Pieces
• Or any other unit as per your business requirements
While creating a unit, add:
• Unit Name
• Unit Code (short form such as KG, MT, PCS, etc.)
• Sort Order (to define the display sequence)
Units can also be edited or deleted anytime if required.
