The Order Module is designed to manage the complete order lifecycle, from customer order creation to dispatch and delivery documentation. The module consists of seven sub-modules, each serving a specific operational purpose:

1. Customer Order
The Customer Order sub-module is used to create and manage customer-initiated orders. It acts as the entry point for all orders in the system and allows teams to record customer requirements, product details, and initial order information before processing.

2. Orders
The Orders sub-module enables users to manage and track orders through various stages of execution.

Key Features:
• Orders can be moved through multiple statuses such as New, Processing, Ready to Dispatch, Partial Dispatch, Dispatched and other configurable stages.
• Displays a comprehensive order list including:

Order ID and Customer Name
Product Design
Quantity
Dispatch Date
Current Order Status

• Advanced search and filter options are available based on order attributes.
• Users can view, add, edit, and delete orders.
• Each order can contain one or multiple products.

3. Delivery Slip
The Delivery Slip sub-module allows users to generate and manage delivery documentation for dispatched orders.

Key Features:
• Delivery slips are generated by selecting an existing order and entering logistics-related details such as:

Vehicle Name
Driver Name
Loading Point
Vehicle Number
Total Weight
Date
Customer Name
Total Number of Boxes

• Users can add internal notes or remarks to delivery slips.
• Delivery slips can be viewed, edited, downloaded, and deleted as required.

4. Items
The Items sub-module provides a product-centric view of orders, allowing teams to track items across multiple orders.

Key Features:
• Displays item-wise order details including:

Order ID
Customer Name
Product Design
Colour
Quantity
Dispatch Date

• Items can be viewed, edited, and deleted within this module.
• Useful for analyzing product demand and managing item-level dispatch planning.

5. Dispatch
The Dispatch sub-module is used for managing and tracking order dispatch activities. It ensures clear visibility of dispatch-related information across teams.

Key Features:
• Displays dispatch order details such as:

Order ID
Customer Name
Order Date
Dispatch Date

• Allows users to update the Order Status, enabling other teams to track the current stage of the order.
• Includes a Production Ready Date, which supports production efficiency analysis and planning.
• Provides the option to add dispatch notes or remarks for internal coordination and reference.

6. Cancelled
The Cancelled sub-module is designed to clearly separate cancelled orders from active and completed orders.

Key Features:
• Displays a dedicated list of all cancelled orders.
• Helps teams avoid accidental processing or dispatch of cancelled orders.
• Maintains order visibility for audit and reporting purposes.

7. Deleted
The Deleted sub-module maintains a record of orders that have been removed from the system.

Key Features:
• Displays deleted orders along with the name of the user who deleted them.
• Enables authorized users to recover orders from the deleted section when required.
• Supports accountability, traceability, and data recovery.
